Directions
- 1Pour one can of evaporated milk into a mixing bowl.
- 2Add one can of sweetened condensed milk to the bowl.
- 3Add one pack of vanilla instant pudding mix.
- 4Add 4 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
- 5Add 2 cups of sugar.
- 6Mix all ingredients in the bowl with an electric drill and whisk attachment until well combined.
- 7Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker canister.
- 8Fill the canister with whole milk up to about 3 inches from the top.
- 9Add 7 chopped KitKat bars into the canister.
- 10Place the paddle into the canister and then cover with the lid.
- 11Layer ice and salt around the canister in the wooden bucket, ensuring to go heavy on the salt.
- 12Place the motor on top of the ice cream maker.
- 13Plug in the motor to start the ice cream making process.
- 14Once the motor stops, remove it from the ice cream maker.
- 15Serve the ice cream into a bowl using a spatula.
