Lemon Brownies
Directions
- 1Rub lemon zest into sugar.
- 2Melt butter and white chocolate, whisk until smooth.
- 3Mix in lemon sugar, eggs, lemon juice, then flour and salt.
- 4Bake at 350°F (or 325°F for convection/gas ovens) in a lined 8x8” pan for ~35 min, until set.
- 5Whisk the glaze ingredients together until smooth.
- 6Glaze the completely cooled brownies, let set, then slice and enjoy!
