Blackberry Chocolate Cake

Directions

  1. 1Mix the egg whites with a mixer until they are fluffy.
  2. 2Add the egg yolks and mix again.
  3. 3Sift in the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and mix.
  4. 4Pour the dough into a baking dish and bake.
  5. 5Cook the blackberries with sugar in a pan.
  6. 6Mix the powdered sugar with butter and cream cheese.
  7. 7Cut the cake in half.
  8. 8Cover the first half with the cream cheese mixture, then with the blackberry mixture, then place the second half of the cake on top.
  9. 9Melt chocolate and mix with peanuts.
  10. 10Spread chocolate-peanut mixture on cake.
