- 10Crush the cookies using a rolling pin until they form crumbs.
- 11Transfer the crushed cookies to a mixing bowl.
- 12Add strawberry jello mix to the cookie crumbs.
- 13Mix the cookie crumbs and jello mix together.
- 14Pour melted butter into the mixture and mix well to create the strawberry crunch.
- 15Slice fresh strawberries for garnish.
- 16Once the cake is baked and cooled, spread a layer of strawberry frosting evenly over the top.
- 17Sprinkle the prepared strawberry crunch generously over the frosting.
