Toss all the ingredients for your beef in your slow cooker.

Give it a good mix.

Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.

For the low calorie spicy mayo, add light mayo, gochujang, sriracha, yuzu ponzu, and some sesame oil.

Mix until it looks smooth.

Cook your noodles according to the package instructions.

Add 1 cup of water, 60g honey, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and a pinch of salt to the noodles.

Tips
Use any noodles you like, with a total of 425g.
To replace sauce packets for other noodles, add ~3 tablespoons of any store-bought Korean BBQ marinade.
Store frozen for best results.
Microwave 3-4 minutes to reheat, adding a tablespoon of water for sauciness.
