Directions

  1. 1Toss all the ingredients for your beef in your slow cooker.
  2. 2Give it a good mix.
  3. 3Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
  4. 4For the low calorie spicy mayo, add light mayo, gochujang, sriracha, yuzu ponzu, and some sesame oil.
  5. 5Mix until it looks smooth.
  6. 6Cook your noodles according to the package instructions.
  7. 7Combine the cooked noodles with your beef.
  8. 8Give that a thorough mix until completely combined.
  9. 9Add 1 cup of water, 60g honey, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and a pinch of salt to the noodles.
  10. 10Cover for 10-15 minutes to finish off the noodles.
  11. 11Separate into 7 equal servings.

  • 60 g honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Tips

  • Use any noodles you like, with a total of 425g.
  • To replace sauce packets for other noodles, add ~3 tablespoons of any store-bought Korean BBQ marinade.
  • Store frozen for best results.
  • Microwave 3-4 minutes to reheat, adding a tablespoon of water for sauciness.
