Mix together the spice mix.

Add the spice mix to the chicken breast.

Add natural yogurt to the chicken.

Squeeze lemon juice into the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Transfer the chicken to a roasting dish.

Add cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves to a pan with oil.

Add chopped red onions, garlic, and ginger to the pan.

Add tomato paste to the pan and cook until softened.

Transfer the cooked ingredients to a food processor.

Blend until smooth.

Pour the blended mixture back into the pan.

Add double cream to the sauce and stir.

Add the remaining spice mix to the sauce and stir.

Add the roasted chicken to the sauce.

Stir the chicken into the sauce and let it simmer.

Sprinkle some flour on a wooden board.

Divide the naan dough into equal portions.

Place mozzarella cheese inside each dough portion.

Seal the dough around the cheese.

Flatten the dough with a rolling pin.

Cook the naan in a pan until golden brown and cooked through.

Drizzle cream over the butter chicken.

2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Turmeric
1.5 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp Black Pepper
600 g Chicken Breast, cut into 3-4cm pieces
20 g Natural Yoghurt
0.5 Lemon, juiced
2 Red Onions, chopped
5 Garlic Cloves, chopped
15 g Fresh Ginger, chopped
1 tbsp groundnut oil
1 Cinnamon Stick
4 Green Cardamom Pods
3 Cloves
2 tbsp Tomato Puree
125 ml Double Cream
1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
4 tbsp Fresh Coriander, chopped
200 g White Basmati Rice, washed
425 g bread flour
60 g Natural Yoghurt
2 tsp Instant Dried Yeast, mixed with hot water, leave to active for 3-4 minutes
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
100 g Mozzarella, pre-grated works best
