1Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8 by 8 inch pan with parchment paper.
2Make the brownie batter by mashing the banana and whisking in the eggs, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup. Stir in cocoa powder, almond flour, and baking powder until smooth.
3Make the protein cream cheese filling by beating the cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth, then adding the protein powder and maple syrup and whipping until light and creamy.
4Make the cookie batter by whisking the eggs and maple syrup in a separate bowl, then folding in almond flour, baking powder, vanilla, and chocolate chips.
5Assemble the bars by dropping alternating spoonfuls of brownie and cookie batter into the pan and spreading to create a marbled base, then spreading the cream cheese mixture evenly over, and finally topping with the remaining brownie and cookie batter.
6Bake for 28 to 32 minutes, until the top is set and a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs but no raw batter.
7Cool completely before slicing for clean layers and the best texture.

Tips
These slice best once fully cooled.
If you rush cooling, the layers will smear.
You can chill the bars before slicing if you want ultra-clean edges.
These keep well in the fridge and are even better the next day once the layers fully settle.
