Directions

  1. 1Sauté one green bell pepper and one red onion with a big tablespoon of salt.
  2. 2Add in two tablespoons of good quality pesto.
  3. 3Add pasta water.
  4. 4Once the water has evaporated, add in lots of heavy cream.
  5. 5Add spices and flour mixture to help thicken up the sauce.
  6. 6Add the al dente penne pasta and freshly chopped parsley.
