Soak salmon in cooking sake for 30 minutes to get the fishy smell out (optional steps).

3
Cook salmon in the oven at 400°F (205°C) for 12-15 minutes.
4
Make sushi rice while you wait for the salmon to cook by adding 3 cups cooked white rice and 2 tbsp rice vinegar.
5
Add 5 oz cream cheese, 4 tbsp mayo, and 2 tbsp sriracha to cooked salmon and mix (add imitation crab here if you want to mix that in also).
6
Layer the ingredients: rice on the bottom, seaweed (or furikake) on top, then the salmon mix.
7
Bake in the oven again at 400°F (205°C) for 10 minutes.
