3Add the baking powder to the yogurt before adding it to the semolina mixture, then add the yogurt and mix thoroughly.
4Line a round baking dish with baking paper and press the mixture into it using the back of a wet spoon.
5Press the nuts all around the top.
6Slice parallel lines approximately 2.5cm apart, then in the opposite direction to create squares or diamonds, and place a blanched almond in the center of each.
7Brush the remaining butter on top.
8Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes on the lowest rack, then move it to the middle rack for another 15-20 minutes.
9Meanwhile, simmer sugar and water in a pot until thickened, then add lemon juice and orange blossom water.
10Once the nammoura is baked, pour the hot syrup over it and let it cool completely before slicing.
