Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken pieces and season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30–60 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.

Add the cream cheese and stir until completely melted and smooth.

Stir in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Cook gently, stirring, until the sauce becomes creamy and thick.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss until well coated.

Return the chicken to the skillet and gently mix everything together until evenly combined and heated through.

1.5 cups heavy cream
0.75 cup chicken broth
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1.5 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
0.75 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Tips
Add fresh spinach or broccoli for extra color and nutrients.
Sprinkle in red pepper flakes for a little heat.
