Directions

  1. 1Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3Add the chicken pieces and season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  5. 5In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
  6. 6Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. 7Add the cream cheese and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  8. 8Stir in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Cook gently, stirring, until the sauce becomes creamy and thick.
  9. 9Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss until well coated.
  10. 10Return the chicken to the skillet and gently mix everything together until evenly combined and heated through.
