Directions
- 1Make the cookie base by crushing 120g of Oreo cookies.
- 2Add 60g of melted butter to the crushed cookies.
- 3Mix the cookie crumbs and melted butter evenly.
- 4Divide the mixture into 6 portions and press into the bottom of the mousse cups.
- 5Press firmly to create a compact base.
- 6Freeze the cookie bases for half an hour.
- 7Make the chocolate cheese mousse by adding 240g of softened cream cheese and 30g of granulated sugar to a bowl.
- 8Mix until smooth.
- 9Add 250g of heavy cream.
- 10Whip until well combined and smooth.
- 11Pour 70g of hot milk into a separate bowl with 10g of soaked gelatin sheets.
- 12Stir until the gelatin sheets are dissolved.
- 13Pour the gelatin mixture into the cheese mixture.
- 14Mix well until fully combined.
- 15Add 150g of dark chocolate and 100g of heavy cream to a bowl.
- 16Heat with hot water until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- 17Pour the melted chocolate into the cheese mixture.
- 18Mix well until the chocolate is fully incorporated and the mousse is uniform.
- 19Pour the chocolate cheese mousse into the mousse cups until they are 90% full.
- 20Refrigerate for 4 hours.
- 21Top with additional melted chocolate and nuts.
