Cookie Dough Pudding
Directions
- 1Whisk together melted butter, fine sugar and milk.
- 2Stir in flour, baking soda and chocolate chips.
- 3Microwave for one minute or bake for 8-9 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 C until edges are set but center is still soft
- 4Serve with a swoop of ice cream on top.

Tips
- Serve it with a swoop of ice cream for the ultimate comfort treat!
- You can reduce flour to 4.5 tbsp if you’d like a softer more cookie-dough consistency
- This should also work in an air-fryer!
