Directions

  1. 1Combine flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast in a large bowl.
  2. 2Add lukewarm water and stir until a sticky dough ball forms.
  3. 3Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm spot for about 2 hours or until doubled in size.
  4. 4Use two forks to release the dough from the sides of the bowl and shape it into a rough ball.

  6. 6Transfer the dough to a buttered loaf pan.
  7. 7Let the dough rise in the pan for about an hour or until it crowns the rim of the pan.
  8. 8Transfer the pan to a 375-degree oven and bake for 45 minutes.

  10. 10Let the bread cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
