Strawberry Sourdough Muffins

Directions
- 1Mix melted butter and sugars until smooth, then add the rest of the wet ingredients. Set aside.
- 2Mix dry ingredients and then add strawberries.
- 3Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well.
- 4Scoop into lined muffin tin.
- 5Add crumble on top.
- 6Bake for 30-35 minutes.

- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- zest of half a lemon
- 1 cups strawberries
- 8 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs
- 0.5 cup sourdough starter (active or discard)
- 3 tablespoons sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 0.25 cup granulated sugar
- 0.25 cup all purpose flour
