Serves 1

Directions

  1. 1Brown the Italian sausage and drain it.
  2. 2In a bowl, combine the sausage, drained diced tomatoes, spinach and artichoke dip, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  3. 3Add 3/4 of the jar of Alfredo sauce and the grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl. Stir to combine.
  4. 4Spread the remaining Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a 9 by 13-inch pan, adding a tiny splash of milk to help get the rest of the sauce out of the jar.
  5. 5Assemble the lasagna by layering noodles, followed by the sausage and dip mixture. Repeat to create three layers.
  6. 6Top the lasagna with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
  7. 7Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
  8. 8Remove the cover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  9. 9Broil for a couple of minutes to brown the top.
  10. 10Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
