Cut the beef into cubes, season with salt, Italian herbs, chilli flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, paprika, and olive oil. Mix until the color changes.
Cut potatoes into small cubes.
Add mixed veggies (red onion, broccoli, bell pepper) to the potatoes, followed by seasoning mix and lots of parmesan. Mix well.
Oven bake or air fry for 20-24 minutes at 180C/360F until golden and roasted.
Cook steak bites in light butter for 3-4 minutes each side until golden and seared.
Add minced garlic and fresh parsley to the steak, mix until juicy and delicious.
Set the beef aside. In the same pan, add extra seasoning and let it toast for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add low-fat milk, light cream cheese, and grated parmesan. Stir until melted and thickened until rich and creamy.
Serve the roasted potatoes with the juicy steak bites and the creamy sauce.
