Melt a stick of garlic and herb butter and put it all over the fish fillets.
Season both sides of the fish with seafood magic and blackened seasoning, then rub in extra melted butter.
In a hot skillet with oil and butter, fry the fish on both sides, adding more seasoning to the back.
Add sausage, bell pepper and onion to the skillet and mix well.
Add half a pound of ground beef, chop it, and season with Tony's, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Remove the grease from the ground beef with paper towels.
Add two cups of basmati rice and mix with the ground beef.
Add four cups of chicken broth, kindred garlic and herb seasoning, Tony's, garlic powder, onion powder, and a bay leaf.
Cover the skillet and let the rice cook.
In a separate skillet, make the sauce by combining butter, heavy cream, Monterey Jack with Jalapeno Pepper & Mild Cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, fire roasted diced tomatoes, and grated parmesan cheese.
Add chicken broth, tomato paste, Tony's, garlic powder, onion powder and crawfish tails to the sauce, and add a splash of liquid crab boil.
Pour the sauce over the fish and rice.
