Directions
- 1Stack bread slices
- 2Cut bread into triangles and form a U shape using a toothpick
- 3Fry the bread in oil
- 4Place the eggs in egg cracker to make a small hole
- 5Boil the eggs in water
- 6Place eggs in water with ice
- 7Peel the eggs
- 8Put the eggs in a zipper bag
- 9Chop the parsley
- 10Add parsley, pepper, salt and mayonnaise in the bag with the eggs
- 11Mix it
- 12Cut the tip of the bag
- 13Fill the fried bread with the egg salad
