Directions

  1. 1계란 6개를 냄비에 넣고 물을 붓는다.
  2. 2식초 1큰술과 소금을 약간 넣는다.
  3. 3계란을 삶는다.
  4. 4삶은 계란을 찬물에 식힌 후 껍질을 벗긴다.
  5. 5껍질을 벗긴 계란을 볼에 넣는다.
  6. 6마요네즈 100g, 머스터드 2큰술, 소금, 후추 약간을 넣고 계란을 으깨준다.
  7. 7식빵에 계란 마요네즈를 바른다.
  8. 8파슬리 가루를 뿌리고 치즈 2장을 올린다.
  9. 9식빵을 덮고 랩으로 싼다.
  10. 10샌드위치를 반으로 자른다.
