Directions

  1. 1Sear the cabbage wedge.
  2. 2Transfer the cabbage to a large baking dish.
  3. 3Sauté shallots and garlic in butter.
  4. 4Add in chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, chili oil, and oregano to the shallots and garlic.
  5. 5Pour the sauce over the cabbage.
  6. 6Bake in the oven until the cabbage is super soft and tender.
