Directions

  1. 1Add 1 cup of green chili to the blender.
  2. 2Add 10 garlic cloves.
  3. 3Squeeze half a lemon into the blender.
  4. 4Squeeze one lime into the blender.
  5. 5Add one spoon of cornstarch.
  6. 6Add three ice cubes.
  7. 7Add half a small spoon of cumin.
  8. 8Add half a small spoon of coriander.
  9. 9Add half a spoon of salt.
  10. 10Add half a cup of fresh coriander.
  11. 11Add two spoons of vinegar.
  12. 12Add half a cup of water.
  13. 13Add two cups of olive oil.
  14. 14Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  15. 15Pour the sauce into a squeeze bottle.
  16. 16Drizzle the green chili sauce over chips.

  • 0.5 cup water
  • 2 cups olive oil
