Directions
- 1Put one block of cream cheese into a bowl.
- 2Add one 500 ml tub of sour cream to the bowl.
- 3Use a mixer to get the cream cheese and sour cream smooth.
- 4Add a full taco seasoning packet to the mix.
- 5Add a full ranch style ranch packet to the mix.
- 6Use the mixer to incorporate all the seasonings well.
- 7Add one can of drained Rotel to the dip.
- 8Fold the Rotel into the dip.
- 9Fold in a couple of big handfuls of Tex-Mex cheese.
- 10Transfer the dip into a to-go pan.
- 11Cover the top with some more cheddar cheese.
