Directions

  1. 1Drizzle olive oil over whole garlic heads with the tops cut off in a small roasting dish.
  2. 2Place a whole onion with the top cut off in the roasting dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. 3Sprinkle garlic and onion with salt, cover tightly, and roast in a 350-degree oven for 1 hour or until tender all the way through.
  4. 4Slice baguette into thin pieces.
  5. 5Place baguette slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. 6Drizzle olive oil over the baguette slices.
  7. 7Chop tomatoes and season with salt.
  8. 8Chop parsley.
  9. 9Chop green onion.
  10. 10Mash the roasted garlic and onion on a plate with a fork.
  11. 11Add softened cream cheese to the mashed garlic and onion.
