Directions

  1. 1Peel and grate your onion into a puree.
  2. 2Add the pureed onion to your blender or food processor.
  3. 3Add lamb mince or beef mince, yogurt, olive oil, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to the blender.
  4. 4Blend until fully combined.
  5. 5Split the mixture into two portions.
  6. 6Lay out some baking paper, add half the mixture on top, and place another sheet of baking paper over it.
  7. 7Press it down, then roll it out with a rolling pin until it’s thin.
  8. 8Remove the top baking paper and roll the meat up tightly.
  9. 9Repeat with the second half of the mixture.
  10. 10Place both rolls on a tray and cook in the oven at 180° Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes.
  11. 11Once cooked, unwrap, slice, and load it up in your flatbread with your sauces and salad.

  • Garlic sauce

Tips

  • Roll the meat mixture nice and thin.
