Peel and devein the large shrimp.

Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil.

In a hot large skillet, melt the unsalted butter.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic cloves to the melted butter and stir.

Pour in white wine and let it reduce.

Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and toss to combine.

Cook the shrimp for about 3 to 5 minutes until it changes color.

Add the Media Crema (table cream or heavy cream substitute) to the skillet and stir well to coat the shrimp.

Season the mixture with more salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with fresh cilantro.

1.5 cup Media Crema or table cream or substitute for heavy cream
