Banana Cake
Directions
- 1Add peeled ripe bananas to a bowl.
- 2Add egg.
- 3Smash well.
- 4Add sugar.
- 5Add oil.
- 6Mix well.
- 7Add All Purpose Flour, Corn Flour, Baking Powder and Baking Soda to a sifter.
- 8Sift the dry ingredients.
- 9Add the sifted ingredients to the banana mixture.
- 10Mix well.
- 11Add milk and vanilla.
- 12Mix well.
- 13Grease a 7 inch pan with oil and baking paper.
- 14Pour the batter into the pan.
- 15Place the mould in a 5 minutes preheated pan.
- 16Cook on medium heat for 30 - 40 mins, or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 30 - 40 mins.
- 17Check if the cake is cooked.
- 18Remove the cake from the pan.
- 19Cut a slice of the cake.
