Taco Pie
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 2In a skillet over medium heat, scramble the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
- 3Stir in the taco seasoning and then remove from heat.
- 4In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and heavy whipping cream.
- 5Add in the beef, 1/2 cup of the Colby Jack cheese and the salsa.
- 6Stir until just combined and then pour into a greased pie pan.
- 7Top with the remaining cheese and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- 8Top with your favorite taco toppings.

- 2 Tbsp Kristy’s homemade taco seasoning
- 4 eggs
- 2 /3 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 1 /4 cup Kristy’s homemade salsa
