Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2In a skillet over medium heat, scramble the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
3Stir in the taco seasoning and then remove from heat.
4In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and heavy whipping cream.
5Add in the beef, 1/2 cup of the Colby Jack cheese and the salsa.
6Stir until just combined and then pour into a greased pie pan.
7Top with the remaining cheese and bake for 30-40 minutes.
8Top with your favorite taco toppings.
