Add salt to a pot of water.

Add napa cabbage leaves to the pot and boil them.

Remove the leaves from the pot.

Add pork neck bone to a pot of water.

Drain the pork neck bones.

Rinse the pork neck bones with water.

Add the pork neck bones to a pot.

Add doenjang soybean paste.

Add rice wine.

Wrap the bay leaf, ginger slices, green onions, onion, garlic, and black pepper in a cloth.

Add the cloth to the pot.

Add water to the pot, and simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes over medium heat.

Crush wild sesame seeds.

Add gochugaru, fish sauce, doenjang soybean paste, chopped garlic, wild sesame seeds, and roth to a bowl and mix.

Add a third of the mixture to the napa cabbage leaves and mix.

Remove the cloth from the pot.

Add yukon potato, the napa cabbage leaves and the remaining mixture to the pot, and simmer for 30 minutes over medium heat.

Add the wild leaves, enoki mushroom, wild sesame seeds, green onions and chili to the pot.

Add rice, kimchi, gim, green onion, sesame seeds and oil to the pot.
