Directions
- 1Add flour and cocoa to a bowl.
- 2Add some salt.
- 3Make the cookie dough.
- 4Whip up butter and powdered sugar in a stand mixer.
- 5Add in the dry ingredients, vanilla, and milk to the stand mixer.
- 6Add cookie dough to tart pans.
- 7Press the dough down with your hands until it is nice and flat.
- 8Poke holes in the cookie dough.
- 9Make cream filling by whipping some butter.
- 10Slowly add powdered sugar and then add salt, vanilla, and some milk.
- 11Put the filling in a cake mold.
- 12Freeze the filling.
- 13Place the filling on top of one of the baked cookies and then place the other cookie on top.
