- 5Add sugar to the cream cheese.
- 6Mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- 7Add eggs to the cream cheese mixture.
- 8Add pumpkin to the mixture.
- 9Add spices, vanilla, and sour cream.
- 10Mix everything until well combined and smooth.
- 11Pour the pumpkin cheesecake mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
- 12Place the springform pan in a baking tray and put it into the oven.
- 13Bake until set.
- 14Chill the cheesecake.
- 15Top with dollops of whipped cream.
- 16Slice the cheesecake.
- 17Serve and enjoy.
