Directions
- 1Add strong white flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder to a bowl.
- 2Add yogurt and yeast and allow that to combine in a stand mixer.
- 3Halfway through, add your melted butter.
- 4Allow your dough to prove for 1 hour.
- 5Shape your dough.
- 6For your garlic butter, add crushed garlic to some melted butter and coriander.
- 7Give that a stir.
- 8Cook your naan on a cast iron skillet.
- 9Brush your naan with the garlic butter.
- 10Serve nice and warm.
