Directions
- 1Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown 1 lb of ground beef with chopped onion.
- 2Season with salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, chili powder, and onion powder.
- 3Once the beef is fully cooked, drain any extra grease from the skillet.
- 4Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic and the cut up hot dogs.
- 5Stir everything together well.
- 6Add the can of drained Rotel, chili beans, and 3 tbsp of tomato paste.
- 7Stir everything together well and let simmer on the stove for a few minutes.
- 8Top with 1 cup of shredded Colby Jack cheese and the crispy crowns.
- 9Bake in the oven at 400 degrees F for about 25 minutes.
- 10Top with chopped green onions.
- 11Serve with mustard and enjoy!
