Directions

  1. 1Boil macaroni in chicken broth.
  2. 2Drain the macaroni.
  3. 3Add the macaroni to a pan with 2 sticks of butter, 1.5 cups of sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and paprika.
  4. 4Mix well.
  5. 5Grate fresh cheese.
  6. 6Mix macaroni with the grated cheese.
  7. 7Prepare a custard with heavy whipping cream, milk, and 2 eggs.
  8. 8Layer macaroni and cheese with custard.
  9. 9Sprinkle the top with cheese and paprika.
  10. 10Bake for 40 minutes on 375.

  • 1 box macaroni
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1.5 cups sour cream
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 block Tillamook medium cheddar cheese
  • 1 block Kraft natural mozzarella cheese
  • 1 block Great Value Colby cheese
  • 1 block Great Value Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 eggs
