  1. 1نحضر كوب ماء دافئة ونضيف ملعقتين كبيره سكر وملعقة كبيره خميره وكوب ماء زهر
  2. 2في طبق كبير نضع الدقيق والسمسم ورده ملح
  3. 3نضيف السمن والبيض والدقيق
  4. 4نعجن جيدا ونترك العجين يختمر لمده ساعه
  5. 5نبدأ بتشكيل ومدهن استعدادا لوضعه في الفرن
  6. 6ندخل العجين الفرن لمده ٢٠-٣٠ دقيقه او حتى تحمر
