Rahha & Biscuits (راحة و بسكوت)

Directions

  1. 1In a saucepan over low heat, combine 2 cups sugar and 1 cup water.
  2. 2Stir until the sugar dissolves completely and the syrup becomes clear.
  3. 3Add a pinch of citric acid and mix well.
  4. 4In a bowl, dissolve 1 cup cornstarch in 1 cup cold water, stirring until smooth (this step is inferred from the instruction and liquid shown).
  5. 5Gradually add the cornstarch mixture to the syrup while stirring constantly over low heat.
