Tips

  • Use extra-firm tofu. If you prefer simpler flavors, substitute olive oil, salt, and garlic powder for the soy sauce, liquid smoke, and sriracha. For crispier results after refrigerating leftovers, bake at 350°F for 5 minutes after sprinkling with salt. Arrowroot starch can be substituted for cornstarch.
