1In a bowl, add 4 tablespoons of melted ghee and some ice cubes. Beat until it turns into a creamy form.
2Add 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon wheat flour, 1 tablespoon gramflour, 2.5 cups of water, and 0.5 lemon juice. Beat well.
3Strain the batter and fill it into a sauce bottle.
4Pour the batter from a height into a pan with hot oil to create a good mesh pattern.
5Prepare a sugar syrup (chasni) by adding 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and some elaichi seeds to a pan and boiling until it forms a one-thread consistency.
6Pour the prepared chasni over the ghevar.
7Garnish the ghevar with dry fruits.
8For rabri ghevar, spread homemade rabri on the ghevar.
9Garnish the rabri ghevar with dry fruits and silver leaf.
