Dump one can of Rotel tomatoes with chilies into the slow cooker.

Add frozen chicken breasts to the slow cooker and flatten them out on the bottom.

Add taco seasoning to the chicken.

Dump drained corn into the slow cooker.

Add black beans to the slow cooker.

Add another can of tomatoes with chilies on top.

Add jalapeños for spice.

Top with a bit more taco seasoning.

Cook on high for four hours or six to eight hours on low.

After about three hours of cooking, shred the chicken directly in the crock pot using a knife and fork.

Put the lid back on and let it continue to cook for the remaining time.

Serve the slow cooker Mexican chicken as tacos, nachos, or over brown rice.
