Directions

  1. 1Boil water in a pot.
  2. 2Add penne pasta to the boiling water.
  3. 3Pour olive oil into a separate pan.
  4. 4Add garlic, chilli flakes, and onion to the pan.
  5. 5Sauté the ingredients together until they are tender.
  6. 6Add oregano and white wine to the pan.
  7. 7Add milk, cream cheese and pasta water to the pan.
  8. 8Toss in your cooked pasta.
  9. 9Serve and enjoy.

  • Penne pasta
  • Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 0.25 unit Onion
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 0.5 tbsp White wine
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • Cream cheese
  • 0.25 cup Pasta water
