Directions

  1. 1In a large pot over high heat, boil tomatillos until skin begins to peel.
  2. 2Blend the tomatillos with onion, jalapeños, garlic cloves, cilantro, and chicken bouillon until smooth.
  3. 3In a large pot over medium heat, cook the sauce with olive oil until the color darkens.

  • 12 whole green tomatillos, peeled
  • 1/2 whole white onion
  • 2 whole jalapeños
  • 3 whole garlic cloves
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
