Directions

  1. 1Take a pre-made sugar cookie dough piece and roll it into a ball.
  2. 2Roll the dough ball in Christmas sprinkles to coat it.
  3. 3Place the sprinkle-coated dough ball into a mini cupcake pan.
  4. 4Repeat for all dough pieces until the pan is full.
  5. 5Bake the cookie cups until they are lightly golden.
  6. 6Use a measuring spoon to gently press down the center of each baked cookie cup to create an indentation.
  7. 7Open a container of Philadelphia no-bake original cheesecake.
  8. 8Pipe the cheesecake mixture into each cookie cup.
