17Pour the melted chocolate mixture on top of the pistachio layer.
18Spread the chocolate layer out evenly.
19Pipe some pistachio cream over the chocolate layer to decorate.
20Using a skewer, create a pattern by moving it up and down through the piped pistachio cream on the chocolate layer.
