1Take about two and a half pounds of boneless, skinless, and clean chicken thighs. Add onion powder, garlic powder, all-purpose seasoning, and smoked paprika to the chicken and mix well.
2Add oil to a heated griddle pan and cook the chicken for eight to ten minutes on each side.

5Add Better Than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base and mix well.
6Add low sodium soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ground ginger, and brown sugar to the pan and stir to combine.
7Let the sauce simmer on low heat.
8Cut the chicken thighs into pieces or strips.
9Once the sauce is simmering, add in the chicken.
10Cook the chicken with the sauce on low to medium heat for eight to ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
11Add sesame seeds and green onions for garnish. Serve the bourbon chicken over rice with a side of steamed broccoli.
