Reese's Eggs

Directions

  1. 1Combine the peanut butter, syrup, and almond flour in a large bowl.
  2. 2Fold the mixture until a thick dough forms.
  3. 3Scoop a large tablespoon of dough and form into egg shapes using your hands (should yield 8 large or 10 medium sized eggs).
  4. 4Place the egg shapes on a dish lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5Transfer the dish to the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  6. 6Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth.
  7. 7Dip the eggs in the melted chocolate to fully coat, shaking off any excess.
  8. 8Place the chocolate-coated eggs on the parchment paper.
  9. 9Transfer to the fridge for about 10 minutes until the chocolate is set.

  • 0.66 cup natural runny peanut butter
  • 1 -2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 0.33 cup almond flour
  • 0.5 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 -2 tsp coconut oil
