Directions

  1. 1Clean and wash the lau pata.
  2. 2Remove the lau pata stems, fold the leaves, and cut them into smaller pieces.
  3. 3Steam the lau pata in a wok.
  4. 4Boil the eggs.
  5. 5Peel and chop the garlic.
  6. 6Drizzle oil over the garlic cloves and wrap them in aluminum foil.
  7. 7Roast the garlic in a pan.
  8. 8Once the lau pata is cooked, drain the excess water.
  9. 9Peel and chop the onions.
  10. 10Chop the corriander leaves.
  11. 11Blend the cooked lau pata in a mini food processor.
  12. 12Roast the chillies in the pan.
  13. 13Mix the chopped onions and chillies with salt and spices.
  14. 14Add the roasted garlic to the onion and chillies mixture.
  15. 15Add the blended lau pata to the mixture.
  16. 16Add the chopped corriander leaves and mix well.
  17. 17Serve with rice.
