Directions

  1. 1Cut chicken breasts into 10 strips.
  2. 2Add low sugar barbeque sauce and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, pepper, and salt.
  3. 3Mix and coat the chicken completely.
  4. 4Add cornflakes into a bag with the same seasonings.
  5. 5Crush it.
  6. 6Pour it out onto a plate.
  7. 7Coat each piece of chicken in the cornflakes.
  8. 8Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 min.
  9. 9Mix together the same barbeque sauce with a little bit of honey.
  10. 10Coat each piece of chicken evenly with the sauce.

  • 30 g low sugar BBQ sauce
  • garlic powder
  • smoked paprika
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 70 g cornflakes
  • 80 g BBQ sauce
  • 15 g honey
