1Grab your diced chicken breast, add the seasonings listed on the screen with some light soy sauce, mix it and set it to the side.
2To a pan on high heat, add frozen mixed vegetables followed by mixed eggs and egg whites.
3Mix the vegetables and eggs together, then add spring onion, the white bits only, followed by day old cooked white rice, a bit more soy sauce, mix it together.
4Take the rice off the heat and add some sesame oil, mix it again.
5Now add the green part of the spring onion and mix it one more time.
6For the sauce, in a bowl, add honey, light soy sauce, reduced sugar ketchup, rice wine vinegar, garlic and mix it together.
7Now cook the chicken on medium to high heat.
8Then add the sauce to the chicken.
9Add some cornflour mixed with water.
10Once the sauce thickens, add the chicken to the rice.
11Garnish with some spring onions, sesame seeds and enjoy.

0.5 cup Cold Water
60 g Honey
20 ml Light Soy Sauce (for sauce)
40 g Reduced Sugar Ketchup
15 ml Rice Wine Vinegar
3 Diced Garlic Cloves

Evenly distribute rice & chicken into 4 equal servings.
