Set up three stations: one with flour mixed with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper, one with two beaten eggs, and one with 1 1/2 cups of seasoned Italian breadcrumbs mixed with 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of pepper, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, and 1 tablespoon of paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Slice the chicken breasts in half.
Coat the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, then dip them into the egg wash, and finally coat them thoroughly in the breadcrumbs.
Place the coated chicken breasts into the hot oil.
Flip the chicken breasts and cook them until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit, flipping them a few times for even cooking.
Once cooked, place the chicken on a wire rack to drain any excess grease.
In a bowl, combine 2 cups of shredded romaine lettuce with 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese.
Add Ken's Creamy Caesar dressing to the lettuce and Parmesan mixture and mix well.
Add a little bit of pepper to the Caesar salad mixture.
Take a piece of bread, spread some of the Caesar salad mixture on it, and then place a chicken breast on top.
