Chicken Salad BLT Sammich

Directions

  1. 1Take the white meat from a rotisserie chicken, remove the skins, ligaments, and bones, and then shred it by hand into a bowl.
  2. 2Add diced celery, diced red onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, hot honey, Dijon mustard, Frank's Red Hot Buffalo seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, Kinders Blackened seasoning, smoked paprika, and dill relish to the shredded chicken.

  4. 4Place the chicken salad mixture in the fridge to cool while you prepare the candied bacon.
  5. 5Lay your favorite cut of bacon into a cold pan and cook it slightly under your desired doneness, then remove it from the pan, leaving the grease in the pan.

Tips

  • To get smaller pieces and chunks of chicken, shred the chicken by hand.
  • Add a little mayonnaise, you can always add more if you want it to be creamier.
